This Policy is written to comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA)and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission's General Application and Implementation Directive (GAID) 2025. It applies to visitors, business-registration clients, job seekers, and employers who use this website.

1. Who We Are

Probiz Dynamics Ltd (RC:8854513) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, in respect of both our CAC business-registration services and our recruitment/staffing services. Where we introduce a job seeker to an employer, that employer separately becomes a data controller for the information you share with them, and is responsible for how they use it from that point forward.

2. Information We Collect

Business registration clients: name, date of birth, phone number, email, residential and business address, means of identification (e.g. NIN, passport), signature, and any supporting documents you upload.

Job seekers: name, date of birth, gender, nationality, phone number, email, location, employment history and preferences, educational qualifications and institution attended, skills, expected salary, referee contact details, CV/resume, and portfolio links.

Employers:company name, CAC registration number (where provided), industry, contact person's name and designation, phone number, email, company location, and details of the roles you are seeking to fill.

3. Lawful Basis & Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (given by submitting a form) and, where applicable, because processing is necessary to perform a contract with you (e.g. completing your registration, or matching you to a role).

We use the information collected to:

  • Prepare and file registrations with the CAC or other regulatory bodies;
  • Match job seekers with relevant employer requests, and employer requests with suitable candidates;
  • Communicate with you about your application, order, or request status;
  • Comply with our own legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Sensitive & Referee Data

Some fields we collect (date of birth, national identification details, or information about a third party such as a referee) require extra care. We only use referee details to verify a candidate's application at an employer's request, and we expect anyone submitting a referee's contact information to have that person's knowledge and consent to be contacted for this purpose.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With regulatory bodies (such as CAC, FIRS, or NIMC) as required to complete a registration service you requested;
  • Between job seekers and employers, strictly for the purpose of recruitment matching, and only the details relevant to that specific application;
  • With service providers strictly necessary to operate this website (e.g. hosting and email providers), under obligations to protect your data;
  • Where required by law or a valid order from a Nigerian court or regulatory authority, including the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

6. Cross-Border Data Transfer

We do not knowingly transfer your personal data outside Nigeria. If this changes, any transfer will only take place where the receiving country or organisation provides a level of protection adequate to the NDPA, or under a legally recognised safeguard (such as contractual clauses), consistent with the NDPA.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to complete the service you requested (registration filing, or an active recruitment search), and thereafter only as needed to comply with legal or regulatory record-keeping requirements. Job seeker profiles inactive for an extended period may be archived or deleted; you can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

8. Data Security & Breach Notification

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. In the event of a data breach likely to pose a risk to your rights, we will notify the Nigeria Data Protection Commission and affected individuals in line with the timelines required under the NDPA.

9. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the NDPA, you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how your data is used (this Policy);
  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Withdraw consent, or request deletion of your data, subject to any legal obligation we may have to retain it;
  • Object to processing carried out for direct marketing;
  • Lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) if you believe your rights have been violated.

10. Children

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy
